Data Deletion Request
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your data from AxiomADS, please follow the instructions below.
What data will be deleted?
- Your account information (name, email, profile details)
- Connected social media account data
- Social media analytics and metrics we've stored
- Collaboration history and messages
- Any other personal information associated with your account
How to request data deletion:
Send an email to support@axiomads.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:
- • Your full name
- • The email address associated with your AxiomADS account
- • The social media accounts you connected (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- • Any additional details that will help us identify your account
Processing time: We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
Note: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use AxiomADS again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
