- Real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising
- AI-powered optimization and fraud protection
User Accounts
To use our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Creator and Brand Responsibilities
For Creators
As a creator on our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate social media data and analytics
- Fulfill all obligations in collaborations you accept
- Deliver content that meets agreed-upon specifications and timelines
- Comply with FTC disclosure guidelines for sponsored content
- Maintain the authenticity of your audience (no fake followers or engagement)
For Brands
As a brand on our platform, you agree to:
- Provide clear campaign requirements and expectations
- Compensate creators as agreed upon in collaboration terms
- Respect creators' creative freedom within campaign guidelines
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and share on our platform. By connecting your social media accounts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and analyze your public content for the purpose of providing our Services. This license terminates when you disconnect your social media accounts or delete your AxiomADS account.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Providing false or misleading information
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
- Using our Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Manipulating analytics or engagement metrics
- Scraping or harvesting data from our platform
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or data provided through our Services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AxiomADS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
