YouTube API Data & Google Services

Data We Collect via YouTube API

When you connect your YouTube channel to AxiomADS, we access the following data through the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API:

  • Channel subscriber count, video count, and view count
  • Individual video statistics (views, likes, comments)
  • Audience demographics (age ranges, gender, geographic location)
  • Watch time and average view duration
  • Live stream performance data

This data is used solely to display your channel performance to brands for collaboration opportunities. We do not sell this data to third parties.

Google Privacy Policy

Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. By connecting your YouTube account, you acknowledge that Google may collect and process data in accordance with their privacy policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

YouTube API data is refreshed every 24 hours to keep your statistics current. When you disconnect your YouTube account from AxiomADS, all stored YouTube API data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

You may also request immediate deletion of all your data by contacting us at support@axiomads.io or by deleting your AxiomADS account from your dashboard settings.

Revoking YouTube Access

You can revoke AxiomADS's access to your YouTube data at any time in two ways:

  1. From your AxiomADS dashboard: go to Social Connections and click Disconnect next to YouTube.
  2. Directly from Google: visit the Google Security Settings page and remove AxiomADS from the list of connected applications.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
